KvnBrand

The KvnBrand is present if the KvnContext of the message is KvnContext.BRAND this specify what brand is affected.

If brand is UNKNOWN then the brand is not present, if the brand is UNKNOWN and the KvnContext is KvnContext.BRAND then the message is faulty and the message should be discarded.
